![]() 3 years ago I bought a Macbook Air which turned out to be a lemon (it would repeatedly shut down unexpectedly). User ( 00:44) I have been to this Apple Store numerous times, and I am not sure that I have had a single productive experience. I have raised questions about iCloud usage to a few employees and they didn’t seem to know the answers. People working there are not very helpful ,nor knowledgeable. But there is no sign indicating that the elevator is for private use. But there is an elevator for store use only next to the two universal restrooms inside a secret door. It only gets one story, so there no no stairs or elevator for the customer floor. It is also inside one of favorite shopping center in Long Island, New York. It is easy to complain but not many people take time to compliment individuals that go the extra mile-I just wanted to highly commend these three individuals. I just want management to know how lucky they are to have these caring wonderful individuals working for them. ![]() These three people were just wonderful-they had patience and really cared about me and they worked hard in fixing the problems with the computer. I can't say enough about Gloria the Store Manger, Cori, Lead Genius and Juan,Coratine (not sure if I got this word correct). I went from being very upset to leaving with a smile. Gloria had me come back to the store on Thursday and told me the problem would be fixed. It seems they never put in a validation number and this caused the above problem. After it was done I tried to get into my email before I left the store and I was unsuccessful-the person working with me sent me home knowing that I could not access my email.The next day I went back to the store and talked with Gloria who was absolutely terrific. 25,2017 and they were transferring my info from the old 24 inch to the new one. User ( 04:24) I bought an IMAC 27 inch desk top computer on Sept. Was given another brand new laptop right away. Came back here and was promptly helped to remediate the issue. ![]() We purchased a new MacBook pro, got home only to find it to be defective. however I explained I couldn't preorder and pickup because I was doing the uncommon paying wait was fine the apple Tech John was a pleasure when it was my turn and the gentlemen helping with the setup was great all in all it was a pleasurable experience being a first time purchaser and owner of a Mac.thanks much Apple STORE IN Manhasset it was a pleasure : ) User ( 03:56) As is likely with any Apple store, great customer service. ![]() User ( 06:33) Apple Techs were nice the hostess didn't seem to want me to opt for waiting the 1 hour waiting period for purchasing a laptop. User ( 17:53) Service at the Genuis bar is good once you get to the front of the line.1:30 appointment received help closer to 2:30. the person that assisted us was unfamiliar with the iPad pro. Thank you!! User ( 22:46) good service but some customers were unhappy with the wait time. This is how a shopping experience should be at all times.
